Terms of Service

Effective July 17, 2026

These terms cover the Attune website at helloattune.app, the free web check-in, and - once it launches - the Attune: Couples Check-In app (together, "Attune"). Attune is made by HG Mobile Apps, an independent developer based in Romania. By using Attune you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose.

What Attune is

Attune is a private check-in for two people: you each answer on your own, and answers unlock only once both of you have responded. The web check-in is a free demonstration of that mechanic. The app adds daily check-ins, notes, lists, memories, and more; some app features require a paid subscription, with one subscription covering both partners.

Your content stays yours

Everything you write or upload - answers, notes, photos - belongs to you. You give us only the technical permission needed to store it and show it to you and your partner, which is the entire point of the product. We claim no other rights to it.

Use it kindly

• You must be at least 16 to use Attune.
• Share a check-in link only with the person it's meant for; anyone with the link can view a revealed check-in.
• Don't use Attune to harass or harm anyone, to break the law, or to upload content that's illegal or abusive.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or to access someone else's data.

We may suspend or remove access, or delete content, where these rules are broken.

Subscriptions and promo codes

App subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms, and are managed and cancelled there. Promo codes we issue (for example, for waitlist members) are free perks: they can't be sold, and we may deactivate codes that are abused or obtained dishonestly.

The honest legal part

Attune is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and Attune is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HG Mobile Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Attune, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

Ending things

You can stop using Attune anytime and delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice; if you have an active paid period, applicable store refund rules apply.

Changes and contact

If these terms change meaningfully, we'll update the date above and note it in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: support@helloattune.app.
